Martini Media Network, an online ad network which targets affluent consumers has acquired TDP Media Group, a European digital media company based in London, Martini Media itself has announced about the same this morning.
While speaking with media and disclosing the details Martini Media said that this deal will create a new pipeline for the people with “the most influence and money” online. On the other hand Martini Media and TDP Media have joined hands over half a year ago and was able to attract new clients like Phillips, Canon, Harrods and Porsche.
Martini Media and TDP Media now say that they will offer branded content creation and social marketing options for marketers first on a pan-Atlantic basis and later around the globe.
Despite the announcement, they haven’t disclosed the acquisition terms & financials.
