Seems that Apple has geared up the things and is nearing the final release of iOS 5. As of now, Apple Developer Team has released the 5th installment of iOS 5 which is currently available only for the developers who have signed for iOS Developer Program.
Just 2 weeks after releasing the iOS 5 Beta 4, Apple has released the Beta 5 of the iOS 5. If you are an Apple developer, you can download the iOS 5 which currently supports iPad 1 & 2, iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod Touch 3G & 4G versions.
