Gmail for Android v2.3.5 update has been released with a few useful new features packed in the update. The update can be accessed from the ‘My Apps’ section in the ‘Market App’ on your Android phone or can be downloaded directly from the Android Market. (recently they have updated improved Gmail For Mobile & released Gmail gadget for iGoogle Gmail Lab Feature Preview Pane)
With the new update you can enable only the labels you need to sync. All the labels can be disabled except the ‘Priority Inbox’. With this new feature you can save bandwidth by getting only those mails you need rather than all the mails.
The new update also allows you to set different ringtones for notifications from different labels. The update also provides you the remember ‘Show Pictures’ for senders option.
The Gmail for Android v2.3.5 update also has better TalkBack support and also allows you to turn off sticky message actions in landscape or all orientations.
