Asus has finally unveiled the official page for it’s Eee Pad Slider. We have been eagerly waiting for official news about the Asus Eee Pad Slider and the launch of the official page shows that launch of the Eee Pad Slider is around.

According to Asus’ official page, the Eee Pad Slider will be powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor and will have 1 GB of RAM. The screen is a 10.1-inch LED Backlight WXGA with a resolution of 1280 x 800. The Eee Pad Slider features a slider QWERTY keyboard. It will have a 1.2 MP camera on the front and a 5 MP camera on the rear. The Eee Pad Slider will also have a USB 2.0 port, Mini HDMI port and a Micro SD card slot.

Asus Eee Pad Slider offers on board storage of 16 GB and 32 GB and here comes the most exciting news, Asus offers unlimited cloud storage for 1 year with the Eee Pad Slider.

The Asus Eee Pad Slider will run on the Android 3.1 Honeycomb platform and will feature custom ASUS Waveshare UI.

The pricing of the Asus Eee Pad Slider has not been officially announced but Notebook Italia estimates the price of the 16 GB version to be $400 in U.S and  €479 in Italy. The 32 GB version is estimated to be priced at $550 in U.S and €599 in Italy.

Earlier, we have informed that the Asus Eee Pad Slider has been launched in South Africa and has also been spotted on a catalog in Portugal.
