The official website for the London 2012 Olympic and Para Olympic Games has just launched a contest to promote the opening ceremony of 2012 London Games which are just an year away. The Opening ceremony will be held on July 27, 2012.
The contest ranks the top 20 countries based on the number of tweets, YouTube videos and Flickr photos submitted. The tweets should contain hastag #1YearToGo followed by your three letter code of your country. Fans around the globe have already submitted more than 30,000 tweets with Brazil in the lead, followed by United States, Great Britain, Canada and El Salvador.
